This is for th whole month, I dropped to down to 15-30 miles per week to give things a rest. Recovery continues, up to two solid speed workouts a week and cleared for 9 miles on the long run this Saturday. Everything else is intense cross training, 30 minutes per day. Some of that is easy running. I hate winter.

WooHoo! I got my whole speed workout done without having to slow down for a bit and I'm not a bit sore afterward! I think I will be fully recovered in another month.9.2 to 12.0 progressive with a 13.0 kicker at minute 30
