Dave, for a guy that runs lower mileage than most you get some pretty good race results. Your training really works for you. Something to be said about keeping a balance in both speed and distance.

I agree, I think if you take 3 slow miles and turn them into 1 fast mile and some rest you get a better result. The only thing I think I'm missing is how to have endurance at speed, but that seems to be ever so gradually improving too - we'll see how August goes..

Top of Utah Marathon. I'd like to do the half but we'll see with my work schedule and all.
